think PINK.

okay. so i am starting the diet/ workout plan the 'pink method'. dr. phil reallllly likes it... so it must be good! it's not for woman who are extremely over weight. it's made for women who need to lose a few pounds and get toned!



today is day 1. i've only done breakfast. it's the strawberry- protein shake thing... too bad i don't like strawberries. i'm tellin ya... i am sooo determined. by the time i go on my cruise... i am gonna be toned suckkkkkas.
